Terms of Service

These terms apply between you and SiapSite Studio (“we”, “us”), which runs SiapSite, a service of Seventh Intelligence. By approving a preview and ordering a package, you agree to them.
1. Free preview
A preview costs nothing and creates no obligation. We draft it from your business's public details, so please check every detail before you approve it. We may remove a preview if we have not heard from you within 90 days, and we remove it at once if you ask.
2. Packages and prices
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are the ones shown below when you order. We confirm your package, price and payment schedule in a WhatsApp order summary before you pay.

3. Payment
- You pay nothing before you approve the preview.
- One-off packages are paid in the stages listed in the package details; the final payment is due only after your site is live.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month, with a minimum term of 3 months.
- Yearly renewals for one-off packages cover hosting, your domain and the edits in your package. We remind you before the renewal date.
- We accept DuitNow QR or bank transfer.
4. Your content
You supply or approve the text, photos and prices on your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, offers and claims, and for holding any licence or certification your site mentions. We may refuse content that is unlawful or misleading. Images we add that are not yours are marked as illustrative.
5. Your domain
We register your domain in your name or your business's name, and it belongs to you. While you are our client we manage it for you. When you ask, and once any fees owed are paid, we transfer it to you or to your new provider.
6. Edits
Small edits, such as changing text, photos, prices or opening hours, are included up to the number in your package. Send them on WhatsApp and we aim to complete them within 2 working days. Larger changes, such as new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately. Unused edits do not carry over.
7. Delivery
We aim to put your site live within 3 working days of receiving your materials. These times are targets; we will tell you promptly if anything delays them.
8. Cancelling
- Monthly plans: after the minimum term, tell us on WhatsApp or by email before your next billing date. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. Your domain stays yours.
- One-off packages: if you do not renew, your site goes offline at the end of the paid year. We transfer your domain on request.
9. Suspension
We may suspend a site if payment is overdue after reminders, or if the site is used for anything unlawful. We tell you before we do so, unless the law prevents it.
10. Ownership
You own your content and your domain. Once you have paid in full, you may ask for a copy of your website files. We show your site in our own portfolio only with your permission.
11. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
12. Third-party services
Your site relies on services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will help you work around them.

14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
15. Changes and contact
